The Idyllic Horse Farm

We stumbled upon this beautiful farm while out exploring yesterday.

My kind father turned around and pulled in so I could snap a few photos. He told me, "I wouldn't do this for just anybody!"

Yesterday he told me details about his time in Vietnam and in the service. He'd never spoken about it with me before. It's so nice to be getting to know my Dad better.

This morning, there is more of that crazy cold white stuff on the ground. Remnants of the winter that never really seemed to go.
