Margam Park

Margam Castle is a 19th Century Tudor Gothic Mansion / Castle just outside Neath in South Wales. It was built in 1830.

It is just up the road from where I live and yesterday I visited with my Sister and my niece.

Only had time for some quick shots and there are currently building works going on to the exterior. Will be going back soon to get some more photographs.

I don’t know anything about the carving specifically. It was one of a pair, around a door frame. Margam Castle is a 19th Century Tudor Gothic Mansion / Castle just outside Neath in South Wales. It was built in 1830.
