Today, a bit of nostalgia strikes me....
I move back in time one step at a time....
A few years ago when I painted this teaset for my niece. Somehow, I had to touch up with a little gold, hence it's left behind with me.
I take a bigger step far behind, when I made water tea in my teaset and served everybody, and truly believed they savoured every sip....
Today, as I look about me, technology has given us a lot.... but life and games are all available on the app store.....
A space in memory of happy faces and laughter, a world of make-believe.....
I look back...
I reminisce....
I smile....

Yes , I did... I used to paint on porcelain.... and this teaset was designed by me too... one cup is with goodies, one with flowers, one with jewels, and one with butterflies.... and the saucers have a lil bordered rim too. :)
@mara19500 where do I begin ? I am passionate about painting as I am about writing. Ì have had a couple of painting exhibitions.... this was a time before the kids, have supplied personalised mugs to stores before my son was born....but now, i just don't find the time to paint. I guess ... some day, I'll pick up a brush again... :) am so happy you liked it.

Well, so many of your talents to compliment here - beautiful words, nice shot (love the lighting and the atmosphere) and this beautiful tea set! I can't believe you did it!!! Well, I am 100% sure that one day you'll get back to your paintbrushes - it would be such a waste not to!
