I've been taking these capsules the last couple of days along with plenty of fresh ginger/honey and lemon and am glad to report my days of lazing on the sofa watching crappy daytime TV are about to be over..as it's back to work tomorrow.
I think Friday is a good day to go back, it's usually quiet, with nothing much happening but at least you've the weekend to look forward to...
I use to take echinacea daily and was never ill but for some reason stopped early last year... guess I'll start back on them...
