Another trip to Portsmouth for football and then a flying visit to my parents before driving back to London this evening.
Took this photo outside the D-Day Museum in Southsea, Portsmouth. Also guarding the entrance is a WWII Sherman tank and various other assorted weaponry. Never actually been into the museum, must make an effort to go one day.
Rained pretty much all day....
Oh, Pompey won 3-2 against Hull with 2 goals in final few minutes.. rubbish game, excellent result :-)
Interesting perspective from the treads on the right...I had to look a bit to see it was the same as on the left, but they look like two different things. Glad you had a full day!
Oh I think - no, make that I know, it's all over for poor old Pompey.... Just have the FA Cup semi-final to look forward to then it's back to proper footie in the Championship next season :-)
