Can't Buy Me Love

As it was a nice day, I took the long walk (or rather hobble.. more about that later) back to the office via Brick Lane this lunchtime.

For those that don't know, Brick Lane is a mix of Bengali restaurants, bars, trendy art and fashion shops... Oh, and the best beigal shop in London..

This is a typical view from the street.. Not sure what the little golden frog is all about..!!!

Off to see the Doc after work about my knee... It's been giving me gip for a few weeks now since I twisted it jumping off the train rushing to work. That'll teach me for being so eager to get to the office..!!!
love the rawness and the composition

Like the portrait concept with a thin lamp post which seems to be missing the lamp?! Random artwork too, nice.

great wall! you have cropped with perfect balance esp like the position of the pole with its teeny stickers.

i LOVE it round there. Use to work in the T- building and live at the bottom end of the lane, miss it very much, a different life time. thanks for bringing back memories.

What a strong photo of a gritty street scene (though the neighborhood sounds intersting!) (Funky knee...me too...sucks, doesn't it?! Sorry...)

This is wonderful! I've been admiring and reading up on how to assemble digital collages lately, and this photo looks like one done in Photoshop....but it's actually REAL. How cool is that?!!
