Well, what do you expect us to do when England play a vital World Cup game on a week day at 3pm?? Thankfully we have a footie mad boss (well, he is a Millwall fan so that explains the madness...) who arranged pizza and 'refreshments' for those of us who wanted to watch.
I would like to say we were all glued to the screen for the whole game - but dear old Pav spent almost the whole 1st half with her back to the TV chatting!!! Pav... why grab a prime sofa seat then not watch???
As for the game, better than before but still not looking world beaters.. Still, least we're through...

With the World Cup going on, it's easy to forget Wimbledon has started... There's a game going on this evening and it's currently 53-53 in the 5th set!!! Been at it over 9 hours.. Amazing!

We watched the match at the pub, could hardly breathe the last 15 mins! Anyway, I've got a trumpet/horn to blow for the next game so they're bound to win!! What a great boss!!

Great result for both England and the US today. I would have put Joe Cole on for Lampard and moved Stevie G to the middle though. And what's up with Heskey getting ANOTHER game. All these caps just brings his goal average down. Anyway, can't wait for the weekend and happy I don't have to lie to my boss about why I'm so late for work. Again.
