A nice lay in and lazy day at my girlfriends meant no time for a pic and quite frankly, after a week of glorious countryside, Newbury Park in East London felt a bit of a come down.
So I ended up taking a pic of a bee. I'd watered the plants and must of drenched this poor bee, because I found him in a semi comatose state drying himself off on one of the geraniums in the garden.
I took a few snaps but nothing I was really pleased with, so I poked him with a flower stem, which he hung onto, so snapped this whilst holding onto the other end of the stem.
Back home in the evening to check on my flat and pile up loads of washing for the days ahead.
