Returned to counting and bagging up all my 1p and 2p coins this afternoon, not before taking a pic or two of coins falling from my hand.
I did have a clearer shot but that just had one coin in and I really wanted to have a few more in the shot.
I only took about 10 shots but this is easily one of those set ups where I could have spent ages taking snaps and probably end up with well over a hundred shots..
i remember you did this wit some sand last year. I tried coins but failed epically and ended up taking a still macro shot of them. Need to cut ur nails too ;) ha!
Hey Any, I took this earlier in my project - http://365project.org/lintbrush/365/2010-07-29. I ended up taking several frames and merging them together. After suffering thru this, I found a tutorial online about using stroboscopic flash whereby your flash unit strobes several times quickly in succession during a single shutter frame. Haven't tried it yet, but thought I'd share.
I'd say you did a brilliant job as I would have surely squeezed of well over 10 shots to get this shot.
Thanks Matt.. Unfortunately, I have none of that fancy equipment - and only freebie processing downloads to play with - so I'm a long way off being able to put together a shot like yours - which is great btw..
