Following Sunday's visit to Tesco's where we bought some bunches of flowers that had been greatly reduced, I had to pop to the shops again today for a couple of things I'd forgotten and couldn't resist a quick check in the bargain bucket to see if there were any deals.
Not much choice, but I did find a dozen red tulips down from £3 to 75p.. Not just a bargain but also today's photo sorted.
I wasn't sure whether to crop in close as the details here are amazing, but in the end settled on something that also catches the redness of the petals.
Spent the day mainly seaching the web for wedding photographers, we have met a few and both liked one lady, so think we'll make a decision in the next few days. Then it was off to get my hair cut... a little too short for my liking... but as they say.. it'll grow on me :-)
I love close up/macro. this is lovely, the red is dramtic all right, good choice. Will it be very difficult having somone else take the wedding shots. I know somone has to, but you will be seeing through a photographers eyes! Just wondering as you are such a good one and have a great eye!
