Bursting Through by andycoleborn

Bursting Through

It was our work's away day today... and what a good day too..

We had to meet at St Katharine's Dock where we boarded a boat and spent the day sailing up and down the Thames... After the first couple of hours "work", in other words a couple of presentations and long service gongs given out, the day reverted to sight seeing, eating and enjoying the free bar..

In the afternoon we moored near to the Tower of London and made shore for an hour's game in which we were split into teams and had to either buy a range of selected items, answer some questions and my particular fav... photograph 2 colleagues with a Japanese tourist... now that was right up my street...
Andy, I would fave this shot twice if I could......

I've said this before, but, any jobs going at your place? this is an awesome shot Andy, I've seen lots of Eye shots but with the flare and the trail its a corker. Where's your colleagues + Japanese tourist shot?

Thought would write this here, rather than hijack a thread :-)

@andycoleborn I am indeed, if still ok for me to snap? Am not sure yet if you wanted anything else doing that the other snapper isnt doing - and of some details, like is Sangeeta getting ready at the venue & if she still would like pics getting ready? Not sure where to go! :-)

ooooh, gorgeous! :)

@blightygal thats great... I'd say get there about 2pm, that way me and sangeeta will both be there as well & bridesmaids and start of people (mainly my family from far off fields) arriving.. most guests arrive about 3-3:30pm... You can have free run of the place really, as long as you don't mind allowing the photographer we've paid for the front run so to speak... You should be able to get in to catch Sangeeta getting ready plus the bridesmaids... we're not really into posed shots but feel free to pose the guests as you wish (and Jay and Sonya (2 of the b/maids)) who will probably take up 50% of your memory card haha... the ceremony is at 4pm, food at 6:30pm and first dance at 8-8:30pm... really, feel free to do whatevver you fancy and we and everyone will be happy to oblige...
