Bit of a pants pic today.. Failed in my attempt to get out the office during daylight hours to get a pic and only 2 days after saying I would be restricting my Wharf shots to once a week, find myself there again this evening...
This bronze centaur stands outside one of the lesser used entrances to the Canary Wharf station. It's by someone called Igor Mitoraj and was put up in 1994..
Checking google, I note he's got a couple of other works of art on display around the wharf... both of which I've photographed in the past..
@filsie65 oh definately worth an afternnon if you get the chance... lots to see and do, plenty of shops, places to eat then catch the river taxi back to central London...
