I drove in today as I woke late and had a meeting at 10am and knew the train wouldn't get me there in time.. This gave me the chance to stop off somewhere different for a change for today's shot.
This was taken from the top of the footbridge crossing the Royal Victoria Docks in Beckton, East London, looking west towards Canary Wharf.
This isn't the best long exposure shot, as despite the flat hand rails, it was a little brezzy on the bridge so they few shots I tried were all a little blurred..
Onto other news and the Govt have agreed to spend £32billion, yes billion, on a high speed rail link that will mean we can get from London to Birmingham in 49 minutes... a saving of a whopping 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!! Yeah... worth it eh!!!
Oh, and Scotland's gonna vote to split from the UK and go it alone... Hmmm... Wonder whether it's worth moving to Scotland...
Oh I don't know - Scotland are brilliant at wasting money as well - isn't the point that you can get OUT of Birmingham quicker? (Don't tell my in laws I said that ;0) )
Nice thought this was 10mm cos of sky. Moody
