First day of no cigarettes hopefully

Congrats and good luck--the 1st week is the hardest...I tranqulized myself-to calm down--cus u feel lil shakey and irritable-but thank God,i smoked free now for 10 yrs and baby,i feel and smell good !!--I know,u can do it :)

@jodimuli thanks for the encouragement, they taste quite nice, tries before but failed
