Wolverhampton Boat Club by angiedanielle24

Wolverhampton Boat Club

Wolverhampton Boat Club is a marina where canal boats can be moored on the Shropshire Union canal, about one mile up from its junction with the Staffs and Worcs canal at Autherley Junction.
It was formed in 1961 as Autherley Boat Club, and it later moved to its present site. The clubhouse is on the south side of the canal where a metal footbridge crosses by an attractive old iron wharf crane which formerly stood at Wigan Pier!

Beautiful. I've been through Autherley Junction on a boat so I must have cruised along here at some stage.
