These beauties are finally back in my yard. Love seeing them rush their way through and me trying to captured them. This year I am determined to hand feed them.

You are sooooo lucky. I have a humming bird feeder and red flowered plants all around my yard but rarely see them. What a great shot!!!

I juwst got done hanging my feeders a few hours ago, hope they arrive soon here. I am looking forward to the challenge of capturing the little speed demons! Great still shot of one!

I just looked at this for a second time and I have to say I am blown away by the detail you captured, Angie. Those throat feathers look like fish scales! Awesome.

Lovely, Angie! I have yet to photograph a hummingbird. We don't have anything particularly special to entice them, so it's catch-as-catch-can and I haven't yet. This one's a beauty!

This is one of THE best I have seen...the angle and what he's on is so unique. The processing is lovely. The reddish, yellow, orange feathers under his head are glowing and vibrant. I love this! I bought a h bird feeder...need to hang it if I want to see them adn get a pic.

Beautiful hummer! I couldn't find the species in my field guide. We only have ruby-throats in OK.
