Meet the grandparents

Back to Melbourne from my Sunday visit to Iceland to check out murals in Melbourne's CBD.

This 2017 mural is by graphic artist Sam Bates aka SMUG, born in Australia but now resident in Glasgow. It's on the Lonsdale Street wall of the former Spencer Street Power Station and at four storeys tall is one of the largest pieces of art in the CBD.
Oh my so realistic!

Given that the CBD is a very quiet at the moment I had to wait for passers by. This one with the blue shirt was, I thought, perfect!
