I kept seeing single shoes by the side of the road, in parking lots, in the woods and thought to myself ... (first) why? why only one shoe, and why randomly abandoned like that? (and second) hey! there's a photo opportunity here! So I bought myself a pocket digital and guess what? Haven't seen a shoe since!! True story. I used to want to do a series of old barns too ..... haven't come across any of those since I got my camera either. So, here I was with a camera and no real photography skills. And nothing to photograph. Enter 365 Project. (cue angels singing from Heaven). Got Year One under my belt. Learned a few things. Met some great people. Had fun pointing my camera at things and editing the Hell out of stuff. Time to knuckle down. Year Two is here! I know two things. (one) I want to learn to use my existing camera better (it's orange and fits in my pocket - 'nuf said!). (two) I need to find those shoes!!!!
