My sister-in-law has inherited a lot of her mother's, grandmother's and great-aunt's belongings. There are some pretty amazing things throughout the house; this being one of them.
It is a fire patrol in a wagon. And the horses actually rock back and forth as you pull it forward. Pretty sweet. Also, if you look closely, you can see the word "PATROL" written on the side of the wagon.
