Under these bubbles of skylight I was attending lectures in Mathematics in the very early 70's. The lecturers of Mathematics and related subjects were behaving radically. They used 2. person singular and first name when talking to a student and we were allowed to do the same to them. They wore casual clothing (sweater, no tie) while the lecturers of other faculties wore men's suit, white shirt and tie and used 2. person plural and last name as was the norm at that time. Funny, the lecturers of Mathematics were all men at that time. Well, it is not funny, it is actually sad od bad.
