Biker statue in Hanko

The statue "Wind from the sea" (Tuuli mereltä) by Rafael Saifulin at the Eastern Harbour of Hanko donated by the factory Helkama to celebrate their 100 years of producing bicycles. The wind was really that strong! I heard it whining ang whistling.
