In Finnish we say "koiran ilma" = a dog's weather when it is rainy and windy. But what does it mean? I don't think dogs like a weather like this. Does it mean that only dogs must to go out in a weather like this? Dogs must go out anyway because they can't use toilet and in the old times they went out alone. Nowadays they must have somebody to accompany them.
