wind and rain

I am walking between the raindrops
sometimes I miss a step
the tears wet my cheeks
the puddles dampen my heart
I check for cracks
hop skip and jump
I'm back on track
but my heart remains forever
in turmoil

Great poetry Ms Annie. Yours? Our weather here today was very much the same. After a high in the 70s / 21 for a couple of days, we're now in the 40s / 4 with strong wind and rain
