That is so true (on many levels!). Whenever it seemed like it could not get any colder or worse this winter I always reminded myself about the pictures I saw of Norway two winters ago- snow piled up over houses and then some of the ones I was seeing from Maine- same situation and then it didn't seem AS cold!
