as you sit
and stare
and wonder what's there
your mind is at ease
in a place
and a time
where the waters were smooth
and your heart was at peace
then in rolls the ocean
hitting the cliffs
and SPLASH!
it is gone........................................

Captures how I feel stiff by the waters edge Annie, however, I see and feel the breakers as an extension to the moment, strengthening them rather than destroying :-)
