This month my theme will be all creatures great and small....
...wandering around a nursery I spotted the two baby wagtails - mum and dad were fluttering around busily - when they realised I wasn't a threat they went about their business of feeding their charges. The lady in the nursery told me they had just fledged that morning - it was a breezy day and every time they tried to fly they kept getting blown down - luckily they have loving and responsible parents keeping an eye on them.
