I'll keep you dry

i was so happy when I saw this scene I had captured - past the sharing - straight at the smiles and a bit of caring between
lovely capture!

I LOVE whatever the processing you're doing with these. You're making the gloomy days seem so bright and sunny.

Yeah now just what is that processing? Is this one of your shoot-from-the-hip numbers? I've never tried it and cannot imagine it working. Great capture

3 nice moments in the city

Everyone is so happy here, and you've accented that with the soft glow. I liked the cropped version of the two guys from yesterday but I even like this version better because everyone is laughing and sharing :)

This shot gives me hope. I like all that your focus was on warm humanity rather than cold harsh city life. We need to remind ourselves that there are so many nice things that we can do for each other- smile, share an umbrella, etc. No question about a fav!

It's a wonderful slice of life shot!

@francoise @pistache thank you so much for the wonderful words lovely ladies - I always say I must start to take notes about what I do in post processing - and of course it never happens lol. For these ones I think for the most part I have just opened the raw file in Photoshop Elements and adjusted the sliders for contrast clarity and vibrance - I may have also sent them into Nix software but I can't remember - I generally have in mind what I am aiming for and faff around until I achieve it :)

Super candid shot Annie. Well done for taking these street shots. I need to get braver!

@beachdog the camera is not near my eye - it hangs around my neck and I shoot inconspicuously - sometimes I watch and think about what is coming - other times I just pont shoot and check it out later

@graemestevens yeh you do ha ha ! Thank you

So much interaction, it's a great capture! I also like the processing, sort of muted tones, gives it a retro quality.
