This week I'm going with....Australian native flora.
Thank you to Merrelyn who properly identified this as Chamelaucium uncinatum - the Geraldton Wax plant not the tea tree as I thought.
It is a flowering plant endemic to Western Australia bearing white or pink flowers June–November. The flowers (somewhat resembling those of the tea tree) last a relatively long time after cutting.
I took this photo at Mount Annan Botanic Gardens.

I think this might actually be one of our WA Geraldton waxes, similar shaped flowers but different leaves :)
