schmetterling shrub

I don't know about the buddleia, but this plant was teeming with butterflies. NB 1/10/17 - this is extraordinary - so sunny - but just below Holehird there were still floods across the roads, gratings up, council workers with big pumping machines, water pouring off the hillsides - after the deluge!!!

That's brilliant haven't seen so many butterflies on one plant in years.

Gosh and they stayed still on the plant long enough to photograph them! I struggle as the few butterflies I see around here seem to always be on the move

@chrisiow it was quite amazing - and they were mostly one sort, red aadmirals. Must find out what bush this is.
