a genuine 10 minute walk from the gardens back to the bus stop and another short ride, and I reached Kelvingrove.
Again, thoroughly recommended. You'd probably need al day and more to do all the collections justice. I cherry-picked the Glasgow Boys and the Scottish Colourists - and was pleased to see two rooms of artefacts from the Burrell (albeit I had seen no reference to this prior to my arrival)
Just came across this photo. That was such a wonderful museum! I didn’t get to see the First People of Scotland exhibit which I didn’t see until we were ready to leave.
