We were stuck in traffic on Interstate 94 for about 2 hours on our way to help with our school's summer school program (never made it. It turned out that the heavy rain had caused flooding under one of the overpasses. Fortunately, our City Year van was large enough to get us through, but they had cars parked in the left and right lanes that would not have made it through the approximately eighteen inches of water. I felt bad for all of the people stuck there for an unforeseeable amount of time.
