I am nearly half way through the project now and I believe I have improved so much as a photographer. I am so glad I have stuck with it. My family and friends have now convinced me to set up a website so they can buy some prints and canvases. Check it out if you have a moment.

My name is Mark Carpenter and I am currently living in Oxford. I purchased my Canon 50D a few years ago along with a number of lenses and proceeded then to leave them packed away in my camera bag.

I have started this project with the hope that it will motivate me to take photos more often and improve through the process.

It is also great to meet new people who are also passionate about photography and view all your great photos.
