Perhaps one of my favorite foods in the whole wide world is a Shanghai specialty called Xiao Long Pao. I hope I spelled it right. I just love the hot soup the oozes out of the firmer than usual dough. My friend, Clarissa and I love it so much, we can't get enough if it. We even had to order one last time at the airport before leaving Shanghai during a visit in 2009. =)
