Shooting with manual focus lenses (all my vintage lenses and all my Lensbaby gear) have inspired me to get much more creative with my photography, and one of the things I'm particularly attracted to about shooting fully manual is what happends in the out of focus parts of the photo... To me it's like there's always a story to be told in the blurry parts, this is the place where my imagination thrives, and every now and then it invites me over to take a peak into a parallel Universe... this is the exact feeling I get from this shot...
Gear used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 + M42 to micro 4/3 Adapter + Petri f1.8/55mm.
i so agree with you! i love blurred images, and with this kind of vintage lens, or a lensbaby, the bokeh is so fascinating. i have just today bought a lensbaby burnside 35 and am looking forward to seeing how the bokeh works :)
