On my way to work and home again every day I drive through part of the forest of Hammer Bakker. At this time of year the leaves on the trees have started to wither and fall to the ground.
On my way home this afternoon I noticed this leaf - it was hanging down from the tree top on a very thin approximately 3 meters long spiderweb strand - the wind made the leaf dangle in the rays of the afternoon sun passing down through the canopy. I stood there and enjoyed watching it for a while - until the spiderweb strand snapped...
