@blightygal you reckon...? sort of advice i need, you're through out the whole day i stuck with landscape, apart from portrait shots for the cople. i could always crop the bottom off to bring it closer. Prob a bit too dark, its a nothing shot to be honest, i just chucked it in as shows people going about the day
My honest opinion is to not give the photo to the couple.. if you crop it (and it needs a fairly big crop) it wont be so good as its out of focus - or at least it looks like it on 365 quality... and we all know thats not so good! I hope you dont mind me saying, you did ask! Am hardly a fab wedding snapper myself, so its just my opinions and they dont count, lol.
@blightygal not at all blighty...i appreciate any comments ! its not really "all that" as a photo be honest! and like you said it was far away...i'll have a think, i'll crop and see what focus is like afterwards! thanks :)
@andycoleborn thanks mate, yea mate they were pleased in the end ! gave them 300+ of candids, ran of time for groups shots on the day, was rather nerve racking mind. Yes adding retro filters in lightroom was my idea, gave them serveral different versions of a few in case they were'nt keen on the retro filter, but it went down quite well. aint picked up camera since hence why not been on here, and been so busy but still passing through now and again. got another wedding to shoot on 4th, as a favour again, mind :-|
@andycoleborn just to clarify , we did get some group shots but not all the ones originally on their list though..hence all the candids. was a good experience though
Can you get in contact with Rich and Andy?
