London 2013: Keeping An Eye Out...

The second day of our roaming along the Thames, we managed to get things right and got on it, as well. We managed to make our way across Vauxhall Bridge and find St. George Wharf, from where we took one of the small Thames Clippers (, up to Bankside Pier, where we changed to one of the large clippers, and went up to North Greenwich.

Along the way, I made the disheartening discovery that the small clippers are not photographer friendly. There's no 'outdoor' deck, only an indoor lounge, and the scratched plexiglass windows, albeit large, do nothing much to help. This is actually the best shot I managed of The London Eye, caught across the Westminster Bridge - at high speed I might add. ;-p
i kinda like this take on the eye... there's a lovely moodiness to this

Thanks! ;-) I've been thinking about trying to take this through b&w processing - just to see what happens... ;-p
