Year Ten
Still moving slowly towards som sort of mastery over my camera equipment. Very slowly.

Year Nine
Wow, so that just started. Can't believe I've made it this far. First ambition for this year is to get out and about more as soon as the pandemic is over. Need to get back to my beloved Lensbaby stuff. I've found I can still use it, even with my poor eyesight.

Year Eight:
Still haven't had enough. I hope Io get more out and about this coming year. My eyes won't get much better, and I need to cope with that. More craziness, more fun, more irreverence, that's sort of a mission statement.

Year Seven:
Nearly lost my sight at the end of last year. Crawling back up is infuriatingly slow. Having to learn how to deal with this challenge - and learn new tricks...

Year Six:
... should have started in April, really. Now it's October, and I'm only slowly coming back to life. Let's see how this goes...

Year Five:
Yeah, not giving up. 365 is just too enjoyable for me. Each year I look back and realize I've come so much further. Year four wasn't always easy, and I'm entering year five not really knowing what I want to do and where I want to go. But I guess I'll find out...

Year Four:
Off to a slow start. Sometimes you just have to take some time off to do maintenance on yourself. Remember that and don't fret. Life goes on, you know?

I wonder what new things I will learn this year?

Year Three:
I've learned that I can master any challenge I set myself. I've learned that when I think I've figured it out and mastered something, I can still find more to learn about it. I've learned not to give up.

OK, admittedly, I already knew these things, but 365 has reminded me not to lose sight of that. My life has changed a lot over the past few years, and 365 has been a great part of that. And if I've learned anything over the course of year two, it's that it's important not to lose yourself, not to take yourself too seriously, but to pace yourself as you feel comfortable with, to experiment and dive into new things with an open mind. 'Live and learn' aren't just empty words… ;-)

Year Two:
I'm taking a more relaxed approach this year. I want to explore and experiment more. I'm going to start playing more with my Lensbaby kit, for one. And there are stuff I've wanted to try out for a long time. I wonder if I'll learn as much this time around, as I did the last...? ;-p

Year One:
Norwegian; born 1967; work in IT. Love film, music, litterature and photography.
I got my first SLR before I was a teenager, and promptly destroyed it, much to my father's chagrin. Have had a number of cameras since then. Because of my father I'm a Pentax-fan and have a K-m, and a K-5 DSLR, but also a Sony Cybershot DSC-P200 that I'm keeping in my belt from now on.

I found 365 Project when I was looking for ideas, and since I'm aiming to get better at photography, I'm going to stick around for a while.

Lately, I've realized there are too many great pictures on this site to be able to reach over them all. So, to anyone I follow or follow me, or anyone who comment on my pictures, I'm not intentionally ignoring you! If I miss out on a good shot, I'm sorry. Sooner or later I'll catch up, I hope... ;-p
