Hope this doesn't freak out the non-fisher people out there but my kids and grandkids are arriving next week and I have to prepare for a fish fry! We are normally the catch and release type except when it comes to bluegill and sunfish. They are panfish and make for a most delicious meal! Now for the cleaning part.
Wow -- you clean your own fish???? I'm even more impressed with you! Cool shot of the poor things (I'm one of those who would be malnourished if I lived on a farm -- or would have become a vegetarian). But I love foods as long as I don't have to think about the source.
@taffy I do, Taffy -out of necessity, mostly. The funny thing is our 7 year old granddaughter loves to help. We're pretty sure we have a future surgeon on our hands.
