Favourite re take - 31-12

Year two end - this is one of my favorite places I have photographed and to fulfill my "photo a day" I revisited it and did a retake. The original was taken in December last year on my Sony Cyber-shot and was given an HDR effect http://365project.org/barrowlane/365/2013-12-29

Like the animal life in this shot but really like the smoke in the other... and I feel the rushes/grass in the foreground is a bit of a distraction in this one.., but a fantastic place to go back to in different seasons... reminds me of the James Heriot tv show..
