I picked up some tools from my grandpa's collection. At 98, he's not using them any more.
Taking a square overhead photo of a table this size was a lot harder than it should have been. I'll have to come up with a camera mount specifically for this, something that hangs from the rafters maybe...
Taking a direct overhead shot is actually not as easy as it sounds! This is very good, and those tools look great. At 98 he is doing well just being here.
This looks so much like some of the tools in my Dad's toolbox. Wonderful classic things.
Totally agree on the overhead looking down thing for photographs. It is incredibly hard to get it square and straight, usually drifting either horizontally or vertically. Good luck with a design!
