what a great day! my youngest son's 5th grade class held a read-a-thon a couple of weeks ago to raise money for purchasing gifts for the boys' ranch town. today the class split into 'teams' to take the money they earned to various stores for choosing the items. after all the gifts had been found, they met for wrapping and lunch. they had a really fun time, and cannot wait 'til next week when they get to go to the boys' ranch and deliver the presents!!
