Well done Brian!! I was reading an article today on composition and learned some interesting things about how the human eye views things. According to the article you, as the photographer drew the viewer's eye into the photograph through you properly composing the photograph!

posted June 19th, 2012
can i ask what processing you applied brian ?
posted June 19th, 2012
@wardie Paul, 3 exposures, 2 stops apart and then processed in Photmatix Pro.
posted June 19th, 2012
@bdb3471 thanks brian, so exactly what I do. havent managed to get the effect youve achieved here yet ;-) do you use detail enhancer ?
posted June 20th, 2012
@wardie No, I play around with micro smoothing and smooth highlights a bit but that is about all. I'm the most impatient processor you will ever come across. If a shot take more than a few minutes to come together I delete and move on to the next one. I have looked at your shot a bit more in detail and I would suggest you play around with these 2 setting in the app and see if it makes a difference. Let me know how it turns out.
