Puffy

Poor Doves trying to stay warm. They've been hanging out in the dogwood next to the house. Think it would be warmer in an evergreen but I guess they know what they're doing.

I dunno, doves are well known for being a bit dumb! Their nests usually fall apart or fall down or both!

I think those feathers all puffed out are a pretty good insulation--still, have to feel a bit bad for them. Nice shot.

@seacreature I see them pecking around in the dirt so they must be finding something. I put bird food year round especially in the winter.
