Last night I burned my hand on the stovetop. actually I burned pretty much the entire palm of my hand. The stove burner was turned off but still very hot, apparently. I did go to an after hours urgent care because infection is always a concern with burns. The Dr. prescribed an antibiotic cream which also has been helping take away the sting.
