My husband put up a dead tree on the back fence for the birds to sit on. We've had lots of takers. A whole family of these red-winged parrots came.
I have to thank everyone for the great comments and favs for my "cheaper by the dozen" birds on a wire shot. I think it's received my record number of favs to date :)
Oh man I really need to appreciate bird photography more! I almost went straight past this but to catch a mama feeding a baby (?) like that is pretty spectacular.
