Once again one of the grandkids helped me out. Jade didn't mind trying to blow some bokeh bubbles. I think she did a pretty good job.
For my Get Pushed challenge from Jo to try forced perspective.
This is brilliant. You have tackled the challenge beautifully, well done. I have been trying to do my shaped bokeh shot today but I am now going to officially give up before I throw my camera out the window in a fit of frustration. All the tutorials online make it look so easy but I can not get it to work and I have lost my patience. Maybe one day - after some serious therapy - I will have another go!
Really well done - hard to do forced perspective without getting a bit cheesy. Merry Christmas week! For Get Pushed this week, I'd like to see your version of 'Christmas Tradition'. I hope you have a wonderful holiday!
@joeymc I'm sorry you had a hard time with it Jo. Once you get how it works, it is really easy. If I had my heart or star shape (that I made out of black cardboard) on my lens for this shot it would have worked. You just need to be focused on the subject and use a wide aperture (any shot where you would normally get bokeh). I used it here: http://365project.org/bella_ss/some-more/2014-09-21
You can hardly see it but the little spots of light are hearts.
