Run! by bella_ss

Run!

We went for a drive out of town to try to catch some deer (with my camera that is). They are just too skittish, as soon as they see the car come near, they're gone.
I just love deer and wish they would spend some time with me and not run! So many of them! Cute!

Fabulous, you did so well to get so many in one shot. They don't stay around for long do they.

I've never seen spotted deer before - cool. They are very skittish here also. Just no spots on this side of the pond :)

That is a lot of deer! I particularly like the way their brown color stands out against the vivid green. Beautiful!

@soboy5 @catsmeowb they are Chital deer introduced from India and are declared feral. I still think they're lovely.

They are gorgeous deer. Love them (either in or out of the freezer)

at least you got their backs in the picture ;) love the dots on them!

I like how they have their backs to you and are partially hidden by the grass and those trees look great too.

so typical of them to be camera shy. deers are so beautiful

LOL Too bad you can't come visit my neck of the woods- you'd have no problem catching them on film! They will stand by the road and watch you drive by. If you stop they will slowly watch you to see if you have anything to give them to eat!

Great shot though! I thought that was a bear or other big animal in the background. Must be a tree stump...no glasses on.hahahah!
