Finally! We have two roadrunners that live in our area. They never seem to be around when I have my camera! I seriously feel like Wile E. Coyote some days. Today, this one was nice enough to stay until I went inside to get the camera! Wish I could have been closer.
zoom, zoom, zoom! You'll get closer next time! Find out what they like to eat, put some out and wait with your camera at a safe distance. I think this is a good shot for the first time actually seeing one stay still!
