We woke to sub freezing temperatures and a bitterly cutting wind. I had grocery shopping to do, but as always I'm thinking about a blip photo when I'm out and about. Just past where I buy Merry's food there are some small cranberry bogs. I decided to take a quick shopping detour to see if there was anything interesting going on. I was in luck, the local harvest was in progress, so I hopped out of the car with my new iPhone hoping to get some shots. I did, but also stepped in tall grass hiding water that seeped quickly in to my sneakers! Undaunted , I snapped some shots and had a quick conversation with the two guys hauling the boom who were trying to stay warm. That meant a very quick stop at the cat grocery shop. My feet are warm and dry now, but it's still bitter outside.
